Please read the full details of the Terms and Conditions to which you are agreeing.
For your convenience, here is a summary of the main points:
This Hub supports your child’s learning but does not guarantee exam results. We cannot take responsibility for how your child engages with video content etc.
You (the parent/guardian) are responsible for your child’s education and exam entry. Exam entry fees are not included in membership.
Membership is for your household only—please don’t share access or use for commercial gain.
You can cancel monthly plans anytime (access continues until the next billing date).
There is a 14-day full refund period, after that refunds aren’t guaranteed.
We aim to run all live sessions and will reschedule if forced to miss one. If we have to miss multiple weeks, we’ll refund fairly.
We take safeguarding seriously, but you remain responsible for your child during sessions.
